Ac has been out for over a week, maintenance refuses to send anyone out to fix it, it's 85° indoors maintenance says it's not hot enough to worry about, they simply don't want to pay a repair bill but have no problem charging tenants $700+ in rent for tiny apartments with no working appliances, they will not address mice infestation either. They only "fix" repairs when they're coming up on inspections.
