Normally good service; however, they tend to lock my card if I attempt to use it when outside of the United states. No, I have no intention of asking them for permission. "To avoid interruptions," perhaps they might consider my decades of loyalty to them and not lock the card when i'm abroad. These days, i turned to my american express card and leave a pacu's credit card for backup only.
Been with PACU since 1998. Bought multiple cars, home equity loans, credit cards and I have always had great service with PACU.
