My mother is a resident of Covenant Village Retirement home in Gastonia, NC. On Tuesday 2/20/2024 my mother was taken from her independent living floor to Healthcare as she was weak and saying weird things and had called the nursing staff multiple times in the past few days. Almost immediately when arriving on the Healthcare floor the staff realized she might have a UTI and needed a urine culture.
