Pie Piper is a horrible company as a renter with them. You will never get in contact with anybody. They will always tell you to do something on the online app. If you call in a maintenance request or if you’re trying to call the local office, they will never call you back. The company is poorly ran and do not care about the tenants.
Not affordable for the even lower middle class, considering the price and conditions they have homes for rent for. Ugh!
