Shane Parekh with Pied Piper group is supposed to be purchasing our home. He has totally screwed us over. It was supposed to close on July 9th. It is July 22nd and they still can't close escrow. We are going to lose the home we were purchasing because of their delays. I wouldn't trust Pied Piper with any transaction ever.
