I had a really disappointing experience at the NAPA Auto Parts in Pierrefonds. I went in to return a set of brake pads — unused, still in the original box. The box wasn’t spotless, sure, but the pads inside were untouched. My mechanic looked at them and didn’t use them because the quality wasn’t what we expected. The person at the counter treated me pretty poorly.
