La fille qui répond au téléphone le samedi matin, ne devrais aucunement répondre au téléphone et répondre au service client ! Aucune aide , arrogante pour aucune raison impatiente bref sa ne donne pas envie de venir acheter chez vous avec des réponses comme cela ! Je ne fais jamais de commentaire comme cela mais sincèrement il faut que les gens apprenne à bien parler à des clients peut importe la situation
Rear wiper was ordered wrong 3 times!!! Came back for a refund they tried to refund me less what i have paid . I tried to explain to Melanie that i have made 3 payments every time i exchanged the wiper but she was having none of it!!!! She didn’t want to even listen to what i had to say . Started giving me attitude and refused to process the refund. I had to wait in line for over 20 mins to speak to the manager Yoan Who was very helpful and very understanding and sorted the situation.
