This place is no longer Piece by Piece. It’s now Applied Behavior Center for Autism, staff is great and super attentive to clients and children, facility is super clean. Highly recommended for getting children ready for public schooling and the therapist are the nicest most compassionate people I’ve met.
Piece by piece has the most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. The clinical director and BCBA is awful to children and staff and when concerns are brought to HR nothing happens. The children are amazing and they deserve a positive environment but instead they have a negative and toxic environment. The place could definitely be better if the clinical director wasn’t there or if concerns were fixed rather than ignored.
