My husband saw this restaurant on Diners, Drive ins and Dives so we added to our itinerary!!!! So glad we did!!! The food was awesome and so was the service!!!! Make sure to check out the Historic Occidental Hotel across the street!!
Forgot half our pickup order. Had to return. They said they would give us a refund but they never did
Saw this place across from our hotel and decided to try it. It was amazing! They were super busy so we sat at the bar. Service from the very-busy bartender was friendly and fast. Had Saltimbocca, lasagne, and a pecan coffee cake for dessert, all fantastic. Drinks were also great and prices were reasonable. We're just passing through but I'd go back if I could.
The staff were very welcoming and polite, we had some great conversation. The food was wonderful and very flavorful. The pickled vegetables were delicious and done in house each with its own flavor of spices, and the grilled sourdough and cheese were delicious (I took the picture after indulging in some lol). The chicken prosciutto hoagie was one of the best I’ve had. The AC was a little chilly for my wife but I rather enjoyed it.
