Really polite and friendly here, the bike was inside the showroom, I didn’t feel confident pulling the bike out myself and the sales assistant was more than happy to help, after a couple of minutes of looking around the bike we decided we wanted to hear it outside, this was not an issue whatsoever and wasn’t even questioned, he took it outside and we listened to the Bike outside.
