Abby Zimmerman is a nasty awful person with no decency and lacks professionalism. No one at picturesque even bothered to let me know I had an appointment (no emails, confirmation, courtesy call text - nothing) and charged me a 100% fee of $130 within 14 minutes of my appointment I only found out because of my bank that I was even charged! I would never go to picturesque again if someone paid me to.

I got a hybrid lash service done with Sierra and I absolutely love how they turned out. They are full and even. I feel super confident and love how they fit my eye shape. She was very gentle, and to be honest, I probably could have taken a nap with how relaxed I was haha!

I scheduled eyelash extensions for me and my daughter with Sierra and got four hundred reminder texts leading up to the appointment. So this morning as we are leaving for the appt I get a text from her asking if our appointment is at 8 or 9. I told her 8 and she said ok. We get here and wait and the door is locked. I finally text her and she says her alarm didn't go off so she's late and will be here in 10 minutes. So we wait. She gets here, doesn't apologize or even talk to us at all.
