I had a really great experience at Pictureline. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Pax was great at finding me the right equipment while working with budget needs. I will certainly be purchasing from Pictureline again!
After being on a waiting list for my new camera I was finally able to purchase it and have it shipped to me. I'm currently on a shoot in Alaska. Much to my disappointment when it arrived the camera box was ripped. The camera seems fine but leaves me with an unsettling feeling when i pay for a brand new item and it shows up in a ripped (opened) box. Loved this place! I was visiting from New York and borrowed the 70-200mm RF lends to get some awesome photos of wildlife!! The staff was super friendly and the process was very straight-forward. I also spontaneously purchased a Fujifilm X100VI that I've been eyeing for a while and although I was on the waitlist, by the time I flew back home, Chris called me to say they had one in inventory and it came in the mail the very next week! I love this place :D
The best camera and gear spot in all of these United States! There is a reason this business has lasted. Fantastic gear from knowledgeable employees who love their job. I’ve purchased, rented, and taken classes here. Buy local!!!!
