We thoroughly enjoyed our Picture Rocks Kayaking tour of 5 miles along the bluffs back in September. It was our favorite adventure during a three-week camping trip in Wisconsin and the UP, and it was worth the cost. Our guide, Drew, grew up in the area and did an amazing job - both guiding us in a way that felt perfectly safe and providing lots of great information about the area.

Beware ELDERLY, CHILDREN, AND SEA SICK. I think The Ultimate Kayak Trip trip has great potential. However, when they say they cancel for "wind and waves," they are talking about really extreme weather. When we went, the waves were so tall that I couldn't see over the top of the waves while sitting in my kayak and the children (all double digits years old who are used to kayaking in rapids) asked to get back in the big boat for safety reasons. Amazing Kayaking Experience on Lake Superior! We took a road trip from Philly around the Great Lakes and decided to kayak on Lake Superior with Pictured Rocks Kayaking—and it was absolutely worth it! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making sure we had all the equipment needed for a fun and safe experience.
