We’ve worked with Picture Woods for many years and can’t say enough about the quality of their products and their customer service. High quality frames, definitely worth the price. Don't use their online ordering system though. Always call your orders in. Their website doesn't communicate with their order system for some reason and they don't check it. Not sure why they offer online ordering in the first place. 🤔 Responding to the owner reply below: Not sure who we spoke with at your company, but they were the ones who told us the online orders get lost in the system and to not use it.
Picture Woods has consistently provided high quality hard wood moulding to our business to build beautiful frames that last for generations. I enjoy working with their friendly customer service and highly recommend Picture Woods. You are the best!
We have worked with the company for a decade. They don’t really need praise because because the work talks for its self. Unlike 98% of any moulding company we have NEVER needed to return items due to quality. That is really hard to say in the picture framing industry!!! Thanks guys!!
