Stopped in to have a picture framed. price was outrageous. Had it done for less than 1/2 the cost by a very high quality shop in Boston. What a rip off.
I felt this was necessary to post. I brought three small illustrations - hand painted from Italy - to Picture This in October. I paid half as a deposit on an expensive estimate.
