Stopped in to have a picture framed. price was outrageous. Had it done for less than 1/2 the cost by a very high quality shop in Boston. What a rip off.
I felt this was necessary to post. I brought three small illustrations - hand painted from Italy - to Picture This in October. I paid half as a deposit on an expensive estimate. I expected them to take a few weeks, but by the holidays, I hadn't heard anything. I left a VM in December. No response. Another month or so passed and I finally talk to someone in February. Prices not affordable
Ashley, the owner, was so very helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient and kind. I won’t hesitate to return with any framing needs. I highly recommend both Ashley and Picture This Framing and Gallery.
