We were first time pool owners last year, Brad came by and told us our filter was broken. He sold us a Hayward filter and installed it. The filter kept blowing out DE we contacted him a few times. But his advice did not remediate the issue. When we got him to come by he was rude and told us he would need to charge us if he needed to come back. My husband and I called Brad at picture perfect pools to open up our saltwater pool. We prefaced that we are new to pool ownership and are not sure what condition it was closed. Brad came by with his truck did not ring the doorbell and immediately started taking a look at the pool. Brad has been doing my pool openings the last few years and I highly recommend him. He's very accommodating and breaks down the different things he does for your opening. He's reasonable, knowledgeable and always does a great job.
