After 12 quotes from different providers, Picture Perfect and Tom came through, building an incredible greenfield new pool on time and on budget. The management was professional and creative solutions were found for the inevitable unexpected. Ultimately, the quality speaks for itself, but it's the people at Picture Perfect that make them stand out, and why I bothered to write this review. Thanks everyone! Highly recommended.
We have worked with PPP for about 3 years. They replaced our former pool company that was sold. One of the reasons we went with PPP was they had hired a former employee from our old pool company. He was the absolute best at trouble shooting almost any problem your pool can have. Their weekly service is excellant and if an issue is out of their area of expertise they always recommend a great vendor. Don't hesitate to give them a try.
Picture Perfect Pool Services is a top notch, premier pool service. We've had 2 other services over the years and Picture Perfect is the best. Prompt, careful, courteous and complete care, including trouble-shooting. We can highly recommend them.
We needed to totally refurbish the hot tub and rebuild the separation wall between the tub and the pool. Due to the original design and installation in 1997 the rebar and concrete tub failed. PPPS removed all of the failed construction and replaced it with an improved design and materials. They matched tile and pebble materials to produce a look that integrated well with original decor. It was expensive, but Tom and the tradesmen did a great job. Peter Webster
Picture perfect pools is by far and above the best pool service and repair company we have used. Their weekly service is always on time and has done an excellent job of maintaining all the aspects of our pool and pool equipment. When we have experienced issues with equipment wearing out they have always had excellent response time and perform the repairs at very reasonable prices. 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking pool services of any kind.
