The quality of the green screen was subpar with a lot of green showing around the subjects. They were only going to send me pictures of the actual picture strip and then GIFs of the 4 Indvidual pictures. What use are GIFs? They finally sent me JPGs of the individual pictures.
The office staff is super friendly and helpful. The event workers I have met are also friendly. Would recommend for any event. They do weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, birthdays, and anything of the like.
This business deserves negative stars for their service. I made my final payment on 29-Apr-2021 for my wedding reception scheduled for 08-May-2021. FIVE DAYS before my event (03-May-2021), I received an EMAIL (not even a phone call) that they wouldn’t be able to provide their services for my event due to a “labor shortage” and they would be sending me a refund check. It’s now 24-Jun-2021 - almost 2 months after I made my final payment - and I have yet to receive a refund...but not for a lack of trying. Multiple emails and ev... read more
