We got our retaining wall and pavers done by the picture perfect landscaping. The contract signing and initial work was done in a timely manner. However, I could see gaps in the retaining wall and pavers after the work was completed. The owner promised to put the polymeric sand in the gaps after two weeks. After following up several times over 6 weeks, I have not got any response. Additionally, our pavers have started to get misaligned within few weeks of the work.
