There is so much that I can say about Guillermo and his team at Picture Perfect, I don't know where to start. We met him when he basically gutted and redid our 1901 colonial home. New wood floors, 3 new bathrooms including showers, tile floor, wall, ceilings, vanities. His team painted, spackled and caulked the old walls. The next project we had him do a few years later was a finished basement. Not only did he do that, but he also identified really unsafe wood structure and then fixed that completely.
