I am highly satisfied with working with Picture Perfect Construction. Jim is more than helpful and particular about the work he performs. There was only 1 negative comment out of all the written positive. And I agree with how Jim handled his response

I can't recommend this company unfortunately. Great prices, but poor communication and a job left half done over a month after it was contracted. If Jim could get it together and finish jobs, he'd be my go-to guy, but a job left undone isn't worth even his low prices. EDIT: I'm changing my review from 2 stars to 1 star because Jim's response, like so many words out of his mouth, is a complete fabrication. I first contacted his company less than two months ago. Jim from picture perfect construction came over to look at a repair I neede for my roof and quoted the repair he gave a very fair price and was prompt on getting work done in a timely manner very professional have referred him to a few people they are very happy with his work.

Asked him on 3 separate occasions to come back to finish inside work on skylight and gap on front of roof; and no show no call each time; didn’t provide the warranty papers My point was that he told me he would come back 3 different times and did not have the decency to say NO! Wouldn’t hire to build a dog house!
