elias was outstanding. he showcased exceptional professionalism, thoroughly explaining all the options with clear details, and was extremely meticulous. the quality of his work was top-notch. we have sought the services of other carpet cleaning companies in charlotte before and they seemed somewhat rushed. however, elias from picture perfect carpet service really committed his time and produced high-quality work.

Elias was fantastic, he promptly arrived and was transparent about the carpet cleaning services that could be provided. He steam cleaned one of my carpets, took another one for professional cleaning, and also steam cleaned my white grout and tile in Charlotte. The result is simply wonderful. I am grateful for his carpet cleaning expertise and his prompt response!

i was indeed satisfied when they arrived at 9, perfectly within my specified timeframe of 8am-1pm. the scent is now so invigorating, all thanks to this amazing carpet cleaning service. while the high-traffic area might not appear significantly cleaner, i understand that this is a challenging task for any service. given the total cost was $179 plus a $22 gratuity, i believe i received a fair deal. nonetheless, i would be grateful if elias or raymond could pre-treat and clean the high-traffic areas one more time without any ad... read more

Raymond did a phenomenal job! I was the subsequent owner of a velvet carpet that had stubborn stains I was convinced would never come out. Raymond managed to make the stains vanish and was polite and friendly throughout the entire process. I will certainly return to Picture Perfect Carpet Service for future carpet cleaning needs in Charlotte!
