We recently moved into a house in Charlotte with a lot of carpeted rooms and wanted to see if the carpets could be saved. Elias started by carefully checking all the rooms. He found heavy pet stains in two of the rooms, which we hadn’t noticed since there was no strong smell. I moved to Charlotte a few months ago and really needed my dirty carpets cleaned. At first, I wasn't sure what to expect when Elias arrived, but I quickly realized that he was excellent at his job. The carpet cleaning was the best I’ve ever had. I especially liked the fresh scent of the cleaning soap Elias used. I even found where he left the soap and thought it smelled wonderful! I might just let my carpets get messy again so I can call for this service once more and enjoy that clean, fresh smell.
