i brought in a large area rug that had gotten badly stained when some laundry soap leaked onto it during a move. the rug was also folded instead of rolled, which made things worse. when i took it to the carpet cleaning place, edward explained that, as experienced carpet cleaners, they didn't want to charge me for a service that probably wouldn't fix the rug. instead of taking my money and trying to clean something they knew couldn't be saved, they were honest about my options. they even let me leave the damaged rug with them... read more
This a scam, do not book with them or give them any money. Tried to inquire about services and they said they don’t service Missouri even though I live a mile away from their supposed “office” address on Google. The woman hung up on me when I asked about their address. That confirms to me that this is a fake business. Do not call or give money.
Ruben did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. With a toddler, baby, and dog in the house, it’s impressive how spotless and fresh everything looks and feels now. As a property manager in Kansas City, I have been extremely happy with Picture Perfect Carpet Care and their whole team. Edward, one of the staff, is great to work with. He always explains everything needed for the carpet cleaning job and provides a free estimate up front. Ruben from Picture Perfect Carpet Care did a fantastic job getting a tough coffee stain out of our expensive area rug in Kansas City. He handled the cleaning with great care, making sure not to harm the delicate rug fibers. It took three tries to completely remove the stain, and he explained that cleaning in steps was the safest way.
