Edward came out to clean our carpets, area rugs, and even took care of our dryer vent. He was very professional, respectful, and friendly the whole time. We had a tough urine stain and odor in one of our bedrooms that we just couldn't get rid of no matter how many times we tried. Josiah texted me when he was on his way to steam clean the carpet and grout in my 10 x 20 empty room in Peabody. He arrived right on time and got started right away. The carpets and grout had different shades from years of use and from having room-size rugs on them, so they really needed a deep cleaning. This is the only carpet cleaning service we use in Peabody. While the price might seem a bit high at first, the results are amazing. I have two boys and a dog who are always tracking in dirt, and our carpet is a light beige color. There have been so many mystery stains, but Ruben always gets them out. Our carpet is over ten years old, but after each cleaning, it looks brand new! I highly recommend this service—they're worth every penny, and you’ll be happy with the results.
