I completely understand why they have a 5-star rating! Edward arrived right on time and did an amazing job on our carpet and grout. I had asked for the same service as last time, but Edward informed me that a more extensive cleaning wasn't necessary. He adjusted my service to a simpler option, which saved me a lot of money. I just had my furniture deodorized and I wanted to share what a great experience I had with the carpet cleaning service. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient in scheduling my appointment. They really know what they are doing. Our cleaning technician, Ruben, was fantastic! He was incredibly friendly and made a big impression on me. You can tell he enjoys his work and he did a thorough job; he's a wonderful person and asset to the team. I had my downstairs carpet replaced, the upstairs cleaned, and a patch done upstairs. They also cleaned my HVAC vents and dryer vent. The team did an excellent job with both the installation and cleaning. They were polite, efficient, and took great care of my home. I'm particularly impressed with how well the patch turned out.
