Ruben came before and returned again recently, and he was friendly, skilled, and very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning, stain treatment, and overall floor care. I needed my carpets cleaned to get rid of a strange odor and to give them a deep refresh, since they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I also needed everything finished before noon, and Picture Perfect Carpet Care really came through for me.
