Troy arrived and demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism from the get-go. We recently welcomed a new puppy into our home, who had, unfortunately, mistaken our carpet for a large pee pad. Nonetheless, Troy did an incredible job cleaning it up in our Lowell home, such that we asked him to also clean the stairs and the upstairs carpets. Outstanding work, Troy. I would highly recommend Picture Perfect Carpet Care.

The carpet cleaning services I experienced were very affordable. Troy showed up exactly on time, bright and early in the morning. He was polite and when he learned my little one was sleeping, he ensured to keep the noise level down and finished the job speedily! I would surely hire their carpet cleaning services again in Lowell!
