I called to schedule carpet and upholstery cleaning within a day or two while the kids were out of the house. It was a big job with a large sectional, two chairs, two area rugs, three bedrooms, and a finished basement. Picture Perfect Carpet Care did an amazing job on our carpet and tile floors. We had a rental property in Lowell that was left in rough shape by tenants, and i was stressed trying to get the carpet cleaning done fast. troy was understanding, very kind, and really helpful throughout the whole process.
