We had our carpets cleaned and were really pleased with the results. After the service, they followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We did have a question about a spot on the carpet, and they quickly scheduled a return visit. Troy came out, explained what was causing the issue (which wasn't from the cleaning), and gave us helpful tips to fix it. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. We’ll definitely use them again and recommend their carpet cleaning to anyone looking for great service.
Troy came out to our home in Lowell to give us a detailed estimate for carpet cleaning.
