i’ve had my carpets cleaned here for years and the results are always excellent. the workers show up right on time and do a very thorough job. i appreciate that the carpet doesn’t get too wet and there’s no musty smell left behind—actually, the light orange scent is really pleasant. the carpet dries in just an hour or two. my carpet is pretty old and i worried it looked worn out in some spots, but after cleaning, it was mostly just dirt from heavy use. the pile came back and now it feels soft like new. the price is also very... read more

If I could give half star I would .I’m not even sure if the reviews are about the same company because my experience was far from what has been described here. I reached out to this company based on reviews noted here . My technician was quite unprofessional . The clean up needed after they left was way more than anticipated . I will not be using their services again

i highly recommend picture perfect carpet care. we needed our carpet cleaned because our new puppy has had a few accidents while learning to be house-trained. the carpet is pretty old, but i don't want to replace it yet. troy, the technician, was very honest and suggested that cleaning the upstairs carpet might not be the best option since it was so worn and had many stains. i really appreciated the honesty instead of just trying to make a sale. instead, we had the basement carpet cleaned, and troy did a fantastic job. the p... read more
