This is the second time we’ve had our carpets professionally cleaned, and both times the results were excellent. They were first called in after a previous carpet cleaning service did a poor job, and they were able to remove spots and stains the other company could not get out. Picture Perfect Carpet Care came to my home in Lowell to check a possible moisture issue near the front entry and make sure it had not affected the carpet or padding. The first visit was for a full carpet cleaning, and troy did excellent work. he was professional, considerate, and easy to work with throughout the whole job. Troy did an outstanding job! I manage several rental properties in Lowell, and the carpets had some tough stains, including deep blue, red, and pet stains in multiple rooms.
