I'm not sure what's going on with this place, but we had a booking for a Prom in May and when I didn't hear from them to confirm, I contact them - only to be told they wouldn't be able to come to the Prom....two weeks before the date - and again, I had to contact them. At that point, my confidence in them was shaken, so I chose to cancel another booking for a family reunion. They offered to give me my $150 deposit back because of the situation. We've used this company for the last two years! It's a huge hit with all ages and the customer service of this company cannot be beat! They worked with us and bent over backwards to make the event successful! Highly recommend!!

We used picture perfect photo booth for a sweet 16 & it was a hit! It was super busy all night long! We were super happy with the customer service that was given & the picture quality was great! We are booking them for a 50th Birthday Party next month! Can't wait!! thanks for the fun!
