The cleanliness lacked as well as customer service. I left very upset over the lack of respect our photographer had for our session.
This has got to be the worst management ever. Dont ever come here for photos. When they were in the visalia mall, it was amazing! They have become shady, dumb and the photographers dont have an ounce of creativity. Gone are the days where they made memories for families. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Horrible management. My pictures came out horrible, and management was no help. There is nothing professional about this place.
