This was our third project at our home with Picture Build. Once again, we were not disappointed! What was a problem because of the flooding from excessive rain we keep experiencing in our backyard has finally been controlled. It was tested last week when almost two inches of rain fell in 24 hours. The new wall with a culvert and catch basin worked perfectly. Zero patience on the phone for questions about an estimate. As soon as I mentioned escrow the tone changed.
They left a whole works undone. They arrived late. I wish there was something low than 1 star. I won't advise anyone to make use of their service!!!
We had an incredible and great experience with picture build. They were very professional and the pricing was very reasonable. The crew were kind and very patient with me and my wife, we are both retired and George the crew chief was patient and very kind. I would 100% recommend the organization to everyone.
We loved our representative Paul. He was relentless about making sure we’re happy with every aspect of the project. Came back over and over to make sure everything was done the way we liked it. We would highly recommend this company and definitely ask for Paul.
