Former Employee: I enjoyed my time at Pictura. The employees are allowed alot of flexibility and individuality. The con of this is that the companies organization is minimal. I was commonly told the wrong information by department managers. Be wary of false promises at this company. I aswell as other former employees I have spoken with have expressed that Pictura will hire you for what they need from you. Then lay you off once the task is completed. All in all.
