Dont go to this surgery pathetic work ethic no manners, aggressive tone of voice from receptionists, doctors dont care about the patient been struggling with my day to day activities since ages when called i was advised to go to 111 and get a out of hours appointment what ever you do never register yourself with this practice they can never understand or take someones situation in consideration.
Have never had a problem with the receptionists or doctors as they are polite and do help. However, the ‘msk physiotherapist’ Muhammad Umar Habib is just there for a pay check. He doesn’t care about patients in the slightest and talks in a very condescending tone. You’d be better off going on YouTube than seeing him. He has some ego complex going on where he cannot be wrong and also misdiagnoses conditions as if it’s his hobby. Service is standard i dont know why people are complaining just learn to wait i have been with them for so many years i have nothing to complain about. Always show respect it works both ways 👍
My mum mother was seen by Dr Rifat and the service and care given was fantastic.
