Very friendly staff would recommend to anyone
I brought my two cats here, and had the best vet experience of my (and their) lives! You can tell everyone on the team cares for animals deeply. I'm so happy to have Picton Animal Hospital as my vet!

How disappointing after a 7-year relationship with this practice to be told to take our vomiting dog on a 90 minute drive to the Port Hope emergency clinic because there weren't any appointments available. So much for the concept of weekday, regular hours emergency care as ballyhooed on their web site. Time for us to find a vet that really demonstrates it's just as important to treat a patient on an acute basis as it is to skim the easy money of routine vaccinations.
I am writing this review to thank and acknowledge the staff, in particular the office manager, Jessica. In a snow storm today, I drove my car into the ditch outside Picton Animal Hospital. Jessica dug me out so I could get out of my car. The staff invited me to stay inside while I waited for CAA to arrive. To top it off, Jessica stayed almost 2 hours past closing so I could stay safe and warm inside while waiting. I am so grateful for the care that Jessica and Stacey and other staff members offered me today. Thank you. 🙏
