I am writing this review to thank and acknowledge the staff, in particular the office manager, Jessica. In a snow storm today, I drove my car into the ditch outside Picton Animal Hospital. Jessica dug me out so I could get out of my car. The staff invited me to stay inside while I waited for CAA to arrive. To top it off, Jessica stayed almost 2 hours past closing so I could stay safe and warm inside while waiting. I am so grateful for the care that Jessica and Stacey and other staff members offered me today. Thank you. 🙏
A Wonderful First Visit! We had an excellent experience at Picton Animal Hospital with our dog, Saint John. Even though we live very close by, this was our first time visiting, and we're so glad we came. The doctors and staff were wonderful and really took care of us. Saint John was notably comfortable during the visit, which made us so happy. The care and attention he received was exceptional, and we could tell the staff genuinely cared about his wellbeing. Always a pleasure bringing my pets in! I had to bring my first older dog in to be put down and it was a very emotional day as my grandfather had died the same morning as my appointment. The staff were so kind and compassionate. They walked me through the whole process and gave me the time I needed with Jake. It was a kindness you don't forget quickly. Now with my new dog Charlie, they have been excellent in their care and explain things thoroughly, remind me of appointments and ensure he is in top shape! I couldn't recommend... read more
Wonderful, friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere. Vet was awesome- very kind and gentle with my dog and answered all of my questions thoroughly and with patience
