시간 개념도 없고 위생 상태는 최악입니다. 가까워서 브라질리언 제모를 받으러 갔는데, 오후 4시에 오면 된다고 해서 갔더니 2시간을 기다렸어요. 늦게 온 다른 고객은 시술을 받을 줄 몰랐다고 하면서도 먼저 시술을 진행했습니다. 다음 예약을 잡으려 했는데 15분만 기다리면 된다고 해서 기다렸지만, 실제로는 25분이 더 걸렸습니다. 드디어 시술을 받으려는데 직원이 때 묻은 하얀 타월을 건네며 이걸로 가리라고 했습니다. 그래서 치마는 없냐고 물으니 그제야 치마를 찾아서 가져다줬어요. 치마로 갈아입고 의자를 봤는데 시트지가 교체되지 않은 채 사용 흔적이 그대로 남아 있었습니다. 기분이 너무 나빠서 바로 옷을 다시 입고 시트를 보여주며 이야기했더니, 교체하면 된다고 했습니다. 정말 황당했고, 아무리 오래 기다렸어도 이런 비위생적인 환경에서는 시술을 받을 수 없다고 판단해 그냥 나왔습니다.
