We are not from the area and got stranded with car trouble while passing thru. Our tow truck driver recommended we come to a family shop instead of the ford dealership. They got us an AMAZING PRICE to fix our alternator and in a couple hours they were done, when we expected to be delayed a couple days! Pecos Auto Repair truly went above and beyond for us. My son and I were driving from Seattle to Los Angeles when our car broke down on I-5. We managed to limp it into Pecos Auto Repair, and within seconds they had the car up on a lift and diagnosed the problem. What happened next honestly amazed us. I hit a truck tire in my lane on the Interstate 5. Drove to shop and Antonio greeted me and immediately put my car on the rack. He was very knowledgeable and upon inspection no damage done ! Kindness still exists in our world. Thank you so much!! Would highly recommend this shop.
