The guy was super awesome and professional and he did a great job. My rug is white again. (I thought it was more gray when I ordered it, I would never purposely buy something so lite lol) But most importantly he loved my dog Thor and he himself has an adorable dog. I would hire Pico Rug Care again.

I received a quick response from Pico Rug Care, and the fair quote they gave me for my rug was fully honored. The work was scheduled for the very next day, and they arrived right on time. Pico Rug Care did an excellent job, I?m very happy with the results!

I was hesitant to wash my Persian rug because it requires such delicate care, but I?m so glad I trusted Pico Rug Care to get the job done right. The vibrant colors and intricate details are fully visible again. The technician provided excellent customer service from pickup to delivery. I really appreciated how convenient the entire process was, it was as simple as waiting for my rug to be brought back to me! I'm definitely satisfied!
