I saw that some of the flowers in my bouquet were a little withered and brought it to their attention. They said they were fresh and that’s how they look. Luckily they saw that they gave me someone else’s flowers and gave me mine which looked better. However, they had to remove two roses and replaced with baby’s breath because it was a different design which looked the same to me. Very bad communication, they’re only interested in selling today February 14 and not giving attention to the costumer, bad for them
