I am writing to share my experience at this dental practice. I was charged $600 for a cleaning, and the office staff did not attempt to contact my insurance provider beforehand. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like people need to know what kind of experience I had with this dental office. From the start, I was being charged random out-of-pocket amounts at each visit, with no clear explanation. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and being greeted with friendliness and a smile. Dr. Shah is just wonderful. After a traumatic experience with my last dentist I was so afraid actually terrified to go to a dentist, but Dr Shah spoke with me about all my concerns and answered all my questions. I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist.
