I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like people need to know what kind of experience I had with this dental office. From the start, I was being charged random out-of-pocket amounts at each visit, with no clear explanation. Every time I asked why, I was just told, “your insurance doesn’t cover everything,” but no one would break down what that actually meant. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and being greeted with friendliness and a smile. Dr. Shah is just wonderful. After a traumatic experience with my last dentist I was so afraid actually terrified to go to a dentist, but Dr Shah spoke with me about all my concerns and answered all my questions. I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist.
Dr. Shah is a fantastic dentist. She’s kind, patient, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants them to feel comfortable and well informed at every visit.
