Called Saturday morning at 9am to schedule the earliest appointment available for my dog for his skin irritation and the girl who answered told me available Monday July 20 earliest 4:30pm told her to book the appointment for my dog Zeus and she opened a new client account for me in her system and told me it has been scheduled. I call in today that is 4 min away and his appointment is no where in their system! Great customer service and really reasonable prices
All three of my cats have had the best experience there.I don't see them scared or nervous or have a bad experience.Yet staff is really nice they're very helpful any question you have.If they don't know, they'll go find out for you
