My front courtyard, walkway, brick wall and columns were in disrepair to put it mildly. There was a great deal of settling and Pico was referred to me by my neighbor. I had had a terrible experience a few years back and was fearful of having another. Pico did not disappoint. In fact, they went an extra mile time and again, making sure I was always told what to expect in the days ahead of the project. Pico did a great job on our bathroom remodel. They took out an old jacuzzi and a small shower. A big shower, cabinet and new floor was installed. They used top quality materials. The people were easy to work with. They were incredibly patient with our three schnauzers. They worked with a background symphony of barking off and on throughout each day.

We did an extensive finishing Basement. We did everything, floor to ceiling and wall to wall. “PICO, LLC, did a great job from planning to completion. Small issues occurred as they will on any project. They were all handled quickly to our satisfaction. Working with Colby was a phenomenon. He’s on the schedule and quick response.
