Would love to get a management team in the Park who focused on the real issues and not the superficial ones. Not sure where the present Manager/Staff came from but they seem clueless at times. I would hate to be trying to sell my place with Regency looking like it does right now. Glad I do not have to deal with that on a daily basis and can take alternate route to my place.
it's terrible what they are doing. taking grass and trees out!!! Entrance looks horrible. they need to landscape after construvtion is done

it's quiet, safe and very friendly people live there! very close to grocery stores, Walmart and restaurants, etc. I loved it there !
Location, location and friends who have become family
For a senior park with homeowners on a fixed income our lot rent has increased $66.00 in 18 months. The streets are aweful and some of the homes where snowbirds come and go look bad. We are very disappointed!
Great place to live fantastic people and very quiet
This a nice 55+ community very peaceful, and the people are friendly.
