Hands down the best way to spend a day sailing on the Tennessee River. From the moment we arrived, Shane made the whole experience seamless — attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had a great time. Online reservation was quick and easy. Boat was ready to go within minutes of my arrival at pier without more forms to sign. Was contacted by their staff a couple of times during full day rental to provide info and make sure all was ok. Staff is very friendly. Boat and tube were in like new condition. We had a great time with 6 adults and 3 children on the Tri-toon. Thanks.
