Recently looked at condo there. The place seem sketchy. It was cleaned but somewhat messy at the same time. The front of the buildings looked old and antiquated. No locks on the front doors of the buildings. No intercom systems in the apartments/condos. The unit I saw was updated very nicely but the property didn't feel safe.
