I was disappointed with my experience. Before booking my appointment, I called the dental office and explained that I had the CDCP (Canadian Dental Care Plan). I specifically asked if my first checkup was covered and if it would be free. I was told that it was, so I booked the appointment. After completing my checkup, I went to reception and was told that I had to pay for the first checkup. I ended up paying around $70. Been going for about 26 years and now my wife and daughter do too. Great service and group of people!
I thought they were good and professional unless I changed my mind dentist as they don’t do root canal and I saw that onyx dental gave me full insight about my insurance coverage and how I can go to my procedure and avoid spending from my pocket on other hand here I always had to pay from my pocket even for my kids with cdcp.
