Terrible lawyer who will tie up your case past the time limit then drop you like a hot potato if it can't be settled out of court. He never looked at prior medical records before agreeing to take the case and then dropped me because it it was "too costly" for him to continue. In his own words he won't try it if he can't win it, but he can't win it if he doesn't try it. Pick someone else if your case is complicated because you only have three years for malpractice. If they say they are going to call you, don't hold your breath, as you will have to call to remind them that they said they were going to call you days ago. Apparently they think only they're time is valuable.

This is on behalf of my grandmother Gail St. Peter. She had the honor of having Owen Pickus represent my grandfather after he passed when going after a doctor who did not do his duty to his patients. Owen did an amazing job listening and respecting our wishes. We as a family strongly encourage others to hire Mr. Pickus.
