Car was done before I finished work, they called me when it was done, even fixed a problem a previous shop caused while they were at it (i had requested them to take a look but wasnt hopeful)

Amazing customer service. Had an issue with a bed cover for my truck that was the manufacturers fault but Carl's stereo made it right. Ordered more parts from them just because the service was good. If you are looking for a truck bed cover or other accessories they have a lot of displays in their showroom.
Used carls for a truck cap, airlifted bags, compressor and bed slide. Jennifer in the office is super knowledgeable and even better while installing realized they had the wrong bags (for SRW,not DRW) they claimed responsibility and quickly did what they could do to deliver before our trip,including working late on a Fri. Excelent service, great job installing.
