WARNING - go somewhere else I had to take my truck back to this company 3 separate times in an attempt to have them correct eir poor quality and shoddy workmanship. After 3 bad installations of a simple set of back up sensors and the damaging my backseat carpet, the owner refused to repair the damages and told me take my truck to some other body shop. He also told me "do not come back." I am now forced to take my truck to another shop to fix the damage they did to my carpet and to get the sensors installed CORRECTLY. Do not ... read more
Warning - Go to another store After a bad install on both my grille and bull bar, the owner was rude, refused to repair the damages, and in the end told me "do not return to my shop" and hungup on me. He has brackets that are paid for that were never installed, and his installer(s) were allowed to strip / break off several bolts with air tools that were over tightened. In the end I will have to take my truck to another ethical shop to fix their screw ups, so do your self a favor and select another shop to start with and save... read more
What a JOKE!!! If you are like I am and take pride in your Truck ad like nice things on it, do yourself a favor and don't go to this place. This place is the biggest joke I have ever seen in my life. Not only is their store messy and old looking but the people that work there are rude and act like they are always right. There are many other place in te Katy and Houston area that do a wayyyy better job for the money. So do yourself a favor and don't waste your time at this place they SUCK!!!
Pickups Plus is Excellent Excellent service. Always helpful and always the right parts. I have outfitted many vehicles there and will continue to do so. The only truck accessory place in Katy that I trust.
