My partner went in to reschedule a blue slip appointment she had made. When she arrived, she discovered she had been saved as 'dyke' into the computer system, and to add insult to injury, the owner accidentally called her Karen 'dyke' when confirming her details. Really disappointing that this sort of homophobic language is still being used in 2024, particularly to describe customers of your business. The whole interaction was heard by another staff member.
