Impressive service! Nice and knowledgeable representative, Patrick, was patient answering my questions and educating me on details of how my gas fireplace works, while doing the job of diagnosing my fireplace issue. He gave my fireplace a good cleaning and it is working again. Thankful. They will have my future business!
We truly have appreciate their service from looking at their examples in the showroom, to ordering the fireplace, to coordinating when to get the fireplace and the install! Top tier service and we could tell that they care about the people. Mike, Tina and Caleb are very exemplary folks and couldn’t recommend their business more. Caleb truly was the star of the show with installing the crystals, logs and glass - very good work!
Nice family but..... I just had a shower door installed. I was disappointed that the shower door was inset about 3" into a limited space walk-in shower. When I called, I got Mike and told him I lost 3 in of shower space with the shower door install. He didn't say I'm sorry sir or there's a misunderstanding. He immediately went on the defensive and said it was never related to me. I recently purchased a condo that has a gas fireplace which is something I have never had nor had any idea how to use. Patrick was very courteous, thorough and made sure my fireplace was in good, and more importantly safe, working condition. He explained everything on operating to me which I really appreciated.
