Nice family but..... I just had a shower door installed. I was disappointed that the shower door was inset about 3" into a limited space walk-in shower. When I called, I got Mike and told him I lost 3 in of shower space with the shower door install. He didn't say I'm sorry sir or there's a misunderstanding. He immediately went on the defensive and said it was never related to me. I recently purchased a condo that has a gas fireplace which is something I have never had nor had any idea how to use.
