Imagine my surprise at receiving your email with attached invoice for legal services. In October 2019, the extremely slow response I received from Mr. Mattera forced me to retain the legal services of another attorney. I informed Mr. Materra of this on 11/1/2019 and asked to be billed for any amount owed for the time he had spent since I had not signed an engagement agreement. The Receptionist was very nice & helpful . She went above & beyond for me . She offered me coffee & even made it fresh for me. The attorney I was seeing “ Gerald McDonald “ carried my coffee to his office for me & made me feel very comfortable. Picture taken from the 27th Floor
