Imagine my surprise at receiving your email with attached invoice for legal services. In October 2019, the extremely slow response I received from Mr. Mattera forced me to retain the legal services of another attorney. I informed Mr. Materra of this on 11/1/2019 and asked to be billed for any amount owed for the time he had spent since I had not signed an engagement agreement.
