Noticed there was a previous cracked egg on the end of the bagging area. Asked the checker to stop and clean it up, he did not. and kept shoving my purchases down into the egg mess. I again asked to have a rag to clean up the egg mess and he acted like he didn’t hear me. Top it off the same checker failed to scan 2.2 pounds of hamburger package and a 3 pound roast I had selected. Not on my receipt or in my cart. Produce section is horrible. Food there is never stocked, the Produce that is stocked is bad. Always understaffed. Employees on their phones. I live close by but will be taking my business to the West Allis location. That store is always stocked, good food, clean and great customer service
Customer service is terrible. Went to exchange a damaged product that was purchased at another Pick N Save. Was met at the customer service desk with a teenager on her phone. I told her that I needed to exchange item. She said she didn't know and went to get a manager. "Grandma Bubbles" came over and stated that I'd have to return to original store.
